Tier 2 Intra- Company Transfer Long-Term Staff Visa

• You are eligible for a Tier 2 Intra-company transfer visa from the UK if your employer overseas offers you a role at a UK branch.
• You would be required to be sponsored by a licensed sponsor to be able to apply for this visa. You would also be required to present a certificate of sponsorship assigned to you by your sponsor.
• Availing of a Tier 2 Intra-Company Transfer Long term staff visa would be applicable if you are transferring into a role with a company with whom you have had previous working experience.
• You would be required to have worked with the company for more than 12 months and be paid more than £73,900 a year while working in the UK.
• This visa for the UK costs £625 if you apply for up to 3 years. If more than 3 years, you would be required to pay £1,423.
• You would also have to pay the healthcare surcharge as a part of your application.
• The visa permits you to stay for up to 5 years and one month if you are earning less than £1,20,000 a year; and up to 9 years, if you are earning more than £1,20,000 a year.

Tier 2 Intra-Company Transfer Graduate Trainee Visa

• You are eligible for a Tier 2 Intra-company transfer visa if your employer overseas has offered you a role at a UK branch of the organisation.
• You would be required to be sponsored by a licensed sponsor to be able to apply for this visa. You would also be required to present a certificate of sponsorship assigned to you by your sponsor.
• Availing of a Tier 2 Intra-Company Transfer Graduate Trainee visa is applicable for transfers into graduate trainee programs for specialist roles.
• You would require being a recent graduate with at least 3 months' experience with your employer overseas.
• You can apply for the visa up to 3 months prior to the day you are due to start work in the UK.
• The cost of this visa for the UK is £259 per person exclusive of biometric fee or immigration healthcare surchage. 
• You would also have to pay the healthcare surcharge as a part of your application.
• This visa lets you  stay in the UK for up to 12 months.
• This visa allows you to do voluntary work; travel abroad and return to the UK; bring family members with you; do a second job in the same profession at the same level as your main job for a duration of up to 20 hours a week; and study, so long as it would not interfere with your sponsored job.

Short-term UK Student Visa

• You can  apply for a short-term study visa if you are doing a short course of study in the UK.
• The visa enables you to stay in the UK for 6 months for any short course or a short period of research if you are above the age of 16 years; or up to 11 months if you are above the age of 16 and are taking an English language course.
• The cost for Short-term UK Student Visa is £363 if you apply for the UK Visa from Outside UK. 
• This visa allows you to pursue a short course of study in the UK, like any training course or an English language course; or to do a short research period as part of a degree course you are pursuing abroad.
• This visa, however, prohibits you from studying at a state-funded school; extending this visa; bringing family members with you, or working  or carrying  out any business.

PBS Dependant Partner Visa

• A PBS dependant partner visa is applicable for a family member of a person who has a valid UK visa under the points-based system (PBS) which is under Tiers 1, 2, 4 or 5 and is looking to apply for permission to enter and remain in the UK for a limited period.
• The PBS Dependant Partner Visa from India to UK costs £285  and allows you to stay in the UK for a period of 3 years.
• You may extend your visa for up to 5 years.
• This visa also allows you to work in the UK, but with the exceptions of a professional sportsperson, coaching, or doctor/dentist in training unless you have obtained a primary degree within the UK.
